Realistic Expectations
By choosing Cezanne, I understand that:
This is not a permanent straightening service
My hair may become smoother, less frizzy, and easier to style, but may still require blow-drying/heat styling for a polished finish
My curl/wave pattern may loosen, but texture will not necessarily disappear
Results vary based on my natural texture, density, porosity, and chemical history
Coarse, highly textured, or resistant hair may require multiple treatments for more dramatic results
Aftercare + Maintenance
To maintain the longevity of my treatment, I understand that I should:
Wait 24 hours before washing my hair
Avoid ponytails, clips, hats, or anything that may crease the hair during the first 24 hours
Use sulfate-free / sodium chloride-free haircare products
Minimize exposure to chlorine and salt water when possible
Use heat protectant before hot tools
Understand that clarifying shampoos, frequent washing, and harsh products may shorten the life of the treatment
